Frequently asked questions

What is the most people you train at once?

25 people. For a large company, that is usually one sub-department. For a small company, it is usually one department. A small group that shares the same work keeps the examples relevant to everyone in the room.

How do you make sure everyone gets the same attention?

We keep each group to 25 people or fewer, from one team. People in one team share the same tools and work, so every example fits everyone. If your team is bigger, we split it into more than one group.

Do you really meet with everyone before the session?

Yes. We know it's important to get everyone on the same page before a team training, so the 1-to-1 is a safe space to share your struggles, goals and current understanding of AI.

What is the smallest group you train?

5 people. For fewer than 5, book a free call and we will find the best option for you.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. You get 15% off when you train 10 to 14 people, and 20% off when you train 15 people or more.

How do you work out the ROI?

We use an average salary of £50,000 and a working year of 200 days of 8 hours, which is £31.25 an hour. We then assume each person saves 8 hours a week with AI, which is a conservative estimate. That is 320 hours a year, or £10,000 per person.
